Returns

At Cornucopia, we’re dedicated to quality and your satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days in saleable condition for a refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewelry or cosmetic products. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please arrange returns yourself, ensuring items are in perfect condition with original packaging where possible. Once received, we'll process a refund or exchange, excluding the original delivery charge.

To maintain competitive prices, we don't offer free returns. For return costs, contact us at orders@cornucopiahomeandgift.com. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return, but please allow up to 5 days for it to clear in your account.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, contact us within 24 hours at orders@cornucopiahomeandgift.com or call 01432 28250. We'll arrange collection and send a replacement promptly.

Please email us at orders@cornucopiahomeandgift.com within 14 days of receiving your goods before returning any items, especially if faulty.
